In life, priorities often occupy space and time, shaping our journey. Amidst desires for art, travel, and parenthood, the path of becoming parents led us to shift priorities, lovingly postponing certain dreams without resentment.
Navigating our journey, we ventured into commissioned photography, specializing in fine-art documentary wedding photography, affording us flexibility and stability. Our days revolved around nurturing three young children, an exhilarating yet exhausting phase of our life.
As our children grew, the pandemic hit, rattling our income and causing burnout while trying to revive it. Feeling stagnant and disconnected from creativity, a reset beckoned. I yearned to reconnect with my artistic compass, to rediscover my creative flow.
Transitioning, I bid farewell to the intense period of financial stability and devoted motherhood. With a stable income from my husband’s job, a new chapter emerges, offering me the space to embrace my inner artist, allowing long-suppressed artistry to flourish.
Life’s chapters unfold, presenting opportunities to pursue our goals one step at a time, cherishing the journey’s triumphs and challenges. Reflecting, I am realizing my life itself is the masterpiece in progress, a captivating creation in collaboration with the universe. A journey and experience to cherish.
